Reese & Millie

I have to say that Millie has to be the sweetest pet ever! She lets the kids lay all over her, pull her tail, poke her eyes.... and still does not get mad. Millie might leave us a lot of hair to vacuum up, but she is well worth it! The kiddos adore her and I know she brightens their day!

So fun in our new club-house!

The Lozada grandparents bought the kiddos a club-house for the back-yard. Thank you so much for getting them a new summer toy! Pops and daddy spent the afternoon putting it together. Here are all the parts prior to reading the directions.

Pops, daddy, and Jonas finishing up the first part of the club-house.

Reading more directions to make sure everything is in the right place....

Jason using the stool as a bongo drum....

And the finished product!!!! Here is Reese with Pops and she wants you to know that she doesn't like her hair bow and it's about to be on the ground!

And there is the bow on the ground :)

Wanted you to see all of Reese's beautiful curls!

Clean-up

I mopped our floors this weekend and left the room to do something.... when I came back, Jonas had dunked the mop in the mop water and began mopping himself. He really enjoys helping us with chores around the house. He doesn't always pick up his toys, but LOVES to help with laundry and vacuuming.

Burns Park Picnic

There are a few rides at the park and Jonas got to ride 2 of them.
He loved this one and wanted to ride it again!

Both kiddos rode the carousel and I wasn't sure how Reese would react, but she wasn't scared at all!

At the picnic tables... Jonas being silly!

Reese and her friend, the charcoal bag.

The guys having fun with the kiddos.... Jason, Michael, & Justin.

Holly & me (just birthed twins 5 wks ago)

This pic is blurry, but I loved it. Reese was wearing Jonas's sweater because it was a little chilly.

The Zoo

We went to the zoo on Saturday and SuSu joined us for the fun. My mom took more pics that I will add later on. Jonas has not been feeling well this weekend and didn't sleep good Friday night, so he was irritable at the zoo. Reese loved finding the animals and would point or wave when she spotted one.

Outside fun!

I'm addicted to my sun-shades!

Jonas loves wearing his glasses and would wear them ALL the time if we let him. I didn't realize he went to bed with them and when I went to check on him, this is what I found. (The pics are dark because I didn't want to use the flash.) These glasses are really for Reese. Jonas's pair are blue but for some reason, he likes hers more!

99 Balloons

My friend sent this to me and I wanted to share with everyone
so I thought this would be the best way!
Eliot was born with an undeveloped lung, a heart with a hole in it and DNA that placed faulty information into each and every cell of his body. However, that could not stop the living God from proclaiming Himself through this boy who never uttered a word.
In the midst of heartbreaking tragedy, the Mooney family found the presence of God strengthening, comforting, and guiding them. Their story reminds us to seek God and endure our struggles rather than blame Him for our hardships.
All this information came from Igniter Videos!! If you will click on the link at the bottom of this post and you can watch a video. The two parents are what I would call AMAZING!!!
This is a must see. Very touching. It shows just how great our God is when doctors say it is impossible. So get ready to cry.
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD. (Detu 6:4)
